Sugar Mill Community is a well built and highly sought after community in Johns Creek GA next to the highly ranked Northview High School, located off Highway 120 (Abbotts Bridge Road) and Highway 141 (Medlock Bridge Road). The community offers 10 tennis courts, basketball court, junior Olympic pool with water slide, two levels clubhouse, and a play ground.
The Sugar Mill Community has 498 homes and most were built in the 90’s. There is a rental cap for max 40 homes. The HOA fee is $1,050 per year with an initiation fee of $1,050 currently and there has not been any special assessment in the past 5 years.
The community is in Fulton County with school district of Wilson Creek Elementary, River Trail Middle School and Northview High School.
In the past year, there were 27 properties sold in the community with medium sale price $499,900, 5 beds 4 baths, 4,040 sqft, $119.33/sqft and 43 days on market.
